Ladyboy Discusses Recent Controversy
(or, Little Britain meets Intersex Activism)
Thai internet bride, transsexual, former hooker and now intersex activist Tina Tonya made an appearance at the University of Cardiff on May 11 to discuss a controversy within the community regarding new medical terminology.

Ms. Tonya is director of the Intersex Inquisition in Powys, Wales. In her presentation, “Intersex gets Fucked by Queer and Disability Theory,” Ms. Tonya not only provided the basics, but also discussed the debate surrounding the recent introduction of the new medical terminology “stitched up like a kipper (SULK) ” to replace the term “intersex.”
Intersex, or SULK, is when people’s genes or sex organs differ from what thick people assume men and women should be like.
Medicine has sought to make the bodies of children born intersex look “normal” to thick people, to prevent ignorant bigots bashing their brains out in the school playground. A sex is dictated for the child at birth. According to Ms. Tonya, she has heard said (from those with experience) that this was painful and harmful, both physically and emotionally. There are several issues involved, she believes: the child may grow up to later identify as trans because he or she has been assigned the wrong sex - unlike herself, who she insisted be made clear, was a man who became a ladyboy hooker before becoming a transsexual, then internet bride and now an international intersex activist based here in Wales. Also, she hears, many of these children are not informed of the surgery. They are kept ignorant of their own secret. Some of these children have also been put on display for the benefit of the medical community, bringing a sense of humiliation and shame to these individuals.
At that point, Tina Tonya handed over that part of the presentation to Antonio de Vesuvio, England-based lesbian FtM queer hermaphrodyke and intersex activist.

He gave an on-screen artistic presentation of pictures of intersex children and their mutilations from 1920 through to the present day. This was concluded with a new multimedia display, ‘Intersex Wretches from the Concentration Camps’ (available on DVD through selected outlets under the title ‘Hermaphrodite Sluts Gang-Raped by Men in SS-Uniform’).
Ms. Tonya picked up the theme after the audience had recovered from the emotion of the display: “If there’s one thing my life as a transsexual has taught me, it’s better to avoid surgery if you can; not being able to wank over S&M videos anymore has been an awful burden for me; from what I hear, it’s similar to the situation many intersex people find themselves in too, so I think we should stop operating on them as well (apart from providing photo-opportunities that Antonio can use to build his career on)”. She thinks kids should get to have a say and make choices when it comes to this type of surgery (unlike the submissives chained up in her dungeon to be used for her own personal pleasure). Trannies, she said, elect to have their nuts cut off and know the risks involved, even though some like her come to regret losing their weener.
These kids get no choice, she continued, and Christian doctors are often coerced into having the procedure done by fundamentalist parents because they are scared shitless they will end up with a queer or a freak in the family.
“There are many people who would kill a bent kid, doctors often do it thinking it is in the best interest of the kid” Ms. Tonya said, but the kid doesn’t really need it. “People want the kid to be normal, but it could wait till they are older when they can make their own decisions. Then people like me could help them make those decisions, instead of the doctors”.
“Medicine has been like an enforcer of corporeal normalcy” she said.

People often confuse “intersex” with “transgender/transsexual,” which is about how someone identifies. Ms. Tonya says that this has worked very well for her as a transsexual, in her getting to be an intersex activist with ISWD (Intersex Society for World Domination).

Known in the intersex world as ISWD’s pet Rottweiler, the honing of the skills of abuse and slander during her time as a street trannie-hooker have come in very useful in trampling less vocal members of the intersex community under foot, helping form them into a submissive group just ripe for the picking by sexual perverts and sadists like herself. However, Ms. Tonya says that while many intersex kids’ parents view it as a medical condition which gets them off the queer hook, many queers view it as part of the gay identity government - hence the alphabetti-spaghetti, LGBTI.

According to her, although there is debate over the term SULK, it “is pretty much set, because the doctors have said so, and if me and the guys in ISWD support it we’ve all been promised surgeries to fix the botched sex-jobs we had before done for freeeeeee!” She says that the term intersex is misleading because intersex people have taken control of the category for themselves, which to medical people is like cutting doctors’ testicles off: “Usually, most people see it as a disease, so we ain’t gonna get much complaint here from normal folks”.
Belief that their kid is some kind of abnormal gender-queer makes doctors and parents panic. “Rather than having a ‘sexual freak,’ they want their child to suffer from a developmental condition; this involves them being able to get it fixed in a way that means they don’t grow up queer” she added.
She thinks using the term “SULK” to describe these kids will give parents and doctors more time to work on ways of stopping kids turning out queer, and the kids will end up fucked up by all of this, so the future will be bright for picking up the fall-out by sexual sadists like her and her gang – pristine herms, unblemished by surgery, moulded into submission by years of abuse in the playground and medical experimentation.
Some still prefer the term “intersex,” Ms. Tonya said patronisingly, implying at the same time that these are mainly queers and trannies. Others still use the term quaintly as an identity. But every post-modern ladyboy knows that intersex is a disorder, a disease, a defect and a disability.
Queer Crips need loving too
Rather than fight the new terminology, Ms. Tonya hopes that forcing intersex people into a medical category will help provide much-needed resources and tools for doctors to work with, resources for her and her gang, and ultimately a pool of fucked-up intersex teenagers for her and her gang to apply their sexual sadism upon.
“The post-modern intersex man or woman has no need to fear medical categorising as a sexual cripple; with it comes funding to complete my treatment as a lady, then I can marry Prince Harry and one day I will be Queen” she said.
